Public Affairs
The Public Affairs Department is responsible for developing and marketing information to the public and the media about City services, policies and procedures. The department manages the City’s cable franchise operation that provides channels for public and government access. The Raleigh Television Network (RTN) is a state-of-the-art digital media center dedicated to serving the needs of Raleigh and Wake County. The Public Affairs Department also oversees the City’s Print Services Division, which is responsible for on-site printing for Raleigh City Government.

Tickets For Kids Program
Tickets for Kids is a united effort of Ticketmaster, the City of Raleigh and the Raleigh Mayor's office to channel family entertainment tickets as rewards and incentives to deserving Raleigh youth who have proven their willingness to contribute to their community.
