A new service called Free Fishing Expeditions (FFE) is offered to development clients to address a need that may not be met with the current Pre-Submittal Conference. The new service is offered to clients that request a question and answer session with key staff to discover potential problem areas that may arise if they proceed to develop site plans on a specific piece of property. These sessions will guide clients prior to developing a plan for the property and are for Q & A only. Once a client has development plans, then the session no longer qualifies for the free Q & A service and it would become necessary to schedule a Pre-Submittal Conference.
Building code issues will continue to be addressed through e-mail to individual reviewers and do not necessitate a group to discuss.

Tuesday & Thursday 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
