Online Development Center Has Been Redesigned
The City of Raleigh has responded to the request of the development community with a web portal that allows better management of development projects. Use these tools to expedite your projects from the convenience of your office.
Here is an overview of the tasks that can be preformed:
- Search & view (development) preliminary plan & (infrastructure) construction plan information
- Manage inspection activities
- Search and view all building permits
- View building plan comments
- Pull & pay for simple permits
- Receive notification of inspection results via email or text message
- Manage contact information
