What's Your Big Idea?
Calling all of Raleigh's thinkers, dreamers and visionaries, we need you!
In 1788, our city fathers came together at Isaac Hunter's Tavern to determine the site for the new capital city for North Carolina, Raleigh.
Two hundred and twenty years later, you are invited to partake in a planning exercise in similar surroundings at Tir Na Nog Irish Pub at 218 South Blount Street on Monday, April 21, from 6 to 9 p.m.
This will be a spirited, non-traditional opportunity to discuss possibilities, meet other creative thinkers, and share your big ideas about the city's future.
Bring your thoughts, sketches, photos and web links of any idea you want to put on the table.
