The City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department invites you and your dog to the dedication of Carolina Pines Off-Leash Dog Park on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. Carolina Pines Park is located at 2305 Lake Wheeler Road, Raleigh, N.C. 27603.
