Mayor Charles Meeker has held office for the City of Raleigh since 2001, proudly ushering the City through a time of great changes, with revitalization and improvement efforts across the city.
Major publications consistently place Raleigh among the elite when it comes to places to live in the United States, thanks to a robust economy, gorgeous and healthy environment, vibrant social and cultural scene, and friendly and creative nature, among so many other things. Thousands of new neighbors choose to make Raleigh their home each year, further enriching the City's cultural mosaic.
Now in his fifth term, Mayor Meeker is constantly working to make a great city better, and with the feature "Mayor Meeker On The Move," this space will chronicle his appearances each month on behalf of the city.
