Community Relations Administrator
The position of Community Relations Administrator was first created in 1994 to better support the commitment of the City Council and City Manager to be responsive to citizen concerns. Sharon Banks, the current Community Relations Administrator, is available to accept concerns and feedback from citizens and staff, and to help resolve problems or service complaints. The Community Relations Administrator also works to investigate and resolve any concerns regarding alleged misconduct by any City employee. All inquiries or comments by citizens and staff are welcomed!
Sharon would also love to know if you have any words of thanks for the many City employees who provide excellent service on a daily basis, or stories about workers who have gone the extra mile to serve you in an extraordinary way.
