Terminate a Utility Services Account
To terminate your utility service, complete the Utility Service Final Bill Request Form and return it to Utility Billing Services, PO Box 590, Raleigh NC 27602-0590. Or, phone Utility Billing Services at 919-890-3245.
Your final bill will be mailed within five working days of your requested turn-off date. Your forwarding address is required.
2 - 3 days advance notice is preferred for a final bill request.
