Welcome to the “City of Oaks” Urban Forestry Division!
The Urban Forestry Division is part of the Parks and Recreation Department. We have proudly made the City of Raleigh a Tree City USA for 21 years! Urban Forestry ensures that we remain “The City of Oaks” by managing existing trees and re-planting the next generation.
Please join us for these exciting tree planting events and learn how to become a Raleigh Tree Steward and other volunteer opportunities.
