Urban Design Center

The Urban Design Center is a program of the City of Raleigh, designed to apply an interactive, design-centered approach to planning issues in the City.  The Urban Design Center is located on the first floor of the historic Alexander Building, at 133 Fayetteville Street, across from the Wachovia tower.  The emphasis of the center is on updating the downtown plan, focusing on design opportunities to enhance the livability and walkability of downtown.
