Development Fee Schedule

Fiscal Year 2009-2010

The Development Services Division Communications Team has worked diligently to re-design and combine several multi-departmental fee schedules into one comprehensive document. This Development Fee Schedule has an updated look and offers our clients one user-friendly place to find all development related fee information.

To help navigate a development project from beginning to end, please visit our Development Services Guide located at www.raleighnc.gov/dsguide. The DSG offers plan submittal details, forms/applications, contact information, fee information, and much more.
